I really like having the EVE clock. If I want local time, I check my watch. Using EVE time helps synch multi-time zone ops which, for someone who hates converting things, is great.

The only way I see this working is if the pirate factions have stations in low sec space with medical facilities. Maybe they pay more ISK or use unstable clones or whatever but the idea that someone with negative sec/a bounty wakes up in prison up...
